Keller Williams UK links up with Dataloft by PriceHubble to support agents

Keller Williams has announced that, after having had over twenty agents trialling the use of content and insights from Dataloft by PriceHubble, a new agreement has been put in place for the entire UK operation.

The new agreement makes full national market insights available to every agent free of charge through Keller Williams’ in-house Nurture  platform. Those agents who wish to invest in their own personalised account to provide them with their hyper-local insight and social media assets, can enjoy a significantly subsidised rate to do so.

The Dataloft KWUK funded product enables RSS feed UK and regional emails on the economy and housing transaction trends, an RSS feed local newsletter with house price updates and location information and automated website pages providing national and regional summaries and KWUK landing pages. All data is updated automatically within the KWUK Nurture platform.

The enhanced agent account also provides highly visual content for social media posts and other marketing channels like infographics and local market summaries. Agents will also be able to access features like poll results, market reports and marketing material such as letterheads, flyers and local market insight website pages.

Carly Martin, Sales Director at Dataloft said:

We are delighted to enter into this business agreement and technical integration that is already adding value to KWUK agents. The power of the Dataloft by PriceHubble platform is in allowing agents to easily understand the latest market trends and then be able to share that local market expertise in several ways. KWUK have shown that they have a dynamic approach to marketing and a culture of wanting to help their customers make informed decisions based on the latest market insights. This is why our collaboration works so well.”

Mark Readings, CEO of KWUK said:

”The success of our trials with Dataloft by PriceHubble has seen some fabulous success stories from our agents and we are delighted to enter into an agreement that makes data and insights available free to all of our agents across the UK. This is all part of the 2024 shift towards partnership relationships and KWUK establishing deals that allow our agents to focus on listings and transactions. This is another great example of how technology is being used to both empower our agents and drive business success.”
