Becoming the Google of the local marketplace
From a course I identified that I wanted to be the ‘Google of Lancaster and Morecambe’ and a combination of Dataloft content, video training from Chris Watkins and blog writing allowed me to create area guides for Lancaster and Morecambe that were very postcode specific. The Dataloft content, including historical data, house price statistics, school statistics and local amenity data allowed me to create mini blogs within a postcode that were relevant to any property owner (whether they were moving or not).
