Hunters | National network

Hunters are one of the largest and most successful property groups in the UK, with over 150 offices.

How do Hunters use Dataloft?

The Hunters marketing team have access to all of the local, regional and national market insights on Dataloft across their network and use these for the website (with 180,000 hits per month), email marketing, developer pitches, social media, print, canvassing and understanding the latest market trends. Hunters' offices also have accounts and do their own hyper-local social media, door drops, emails and take out market reports to valuations amongst other uses.

Dataloft is ‘like our own hyper-local research department’

The Hunters marketing team find that Dataloft gives them access to data that would take a long time to find themselves. They know straight away that there’s going to be something on Dataloft that is useful to share with buyers, tenants, landlords, and vendors. It allows them to shape a piece and demonstrate what is really happening in the market. Hunters don’t have a research department, so they see Dataloft as their insights team but very connected with their offices.

They can quickly log in and reel off what’s going on in the economy, the property market, the prime market etc.

Variety of relevant content

One of the biggest challenge for a group as large as Hunters is where offices can find content. They find that the power of Dataloft is in all the different content options, from local amenity data to national property market news. This allows them to advise their independent business owners on what to do in terms of their marketing strategy.

We made a decision to provide Dataloft to our whole network because we thought this was a brilliant product the second we came across it. It’s all about adding value to the customer at the end of the day. Anything that makes us look like informed agents is good. The customer feedback we get back when branches use market reports on Dataloft, for example, is just brilliant.
